Refund and Returns Policy

At Nisha Handicraft, we are committed to providing you with high-quality handcrafted products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at info@nesthonest.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

2. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, please send the item to:

3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [info@nesthonest.com].

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
• Gift cards
